Provide contract administration support to the business in line with the business needs, and with GFLI and Group mission statements


Processing and administration of a large volume of contracts, corporate governance documents, RFP-related documents, etc. using Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management tool within SalesForce

Verify and ensure that all agreements are the correct version prior to execution.

Manage the contract execution process including coordination with authorized signatories to ensure timely and accurate execution.

Prepare and disseminate contracts to the appropriate internal functions and external customers using Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management tool within SalesForce

Assist application administrator with development/updating of various workflows and templates within Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management tool within SalesForce

Communicate and perform cross functionally by working closely with legal, sales, accounting, tax and other business functions

Provide overall administration assistance to legal department colleagues

Knowledge, Skills, Experience:

Experience in supporting in house legal/contracting teams
Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload to meet tight deadlines in a high activity environment
Effective confident and professional verbal and written communication and presentation skills
Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with various levels of management and personaliaty types
Ability to comply with business requirements and global business and legal structures in accordance with  rules and regulations
Self-disciplined, highly organized and able to work with minimal supervision & prioritize own workload to meet deadlines.
Flexible and adaptable in a changing and challenging environment; able to think ‘out of the box’ when unexpected/unplanned events arise.
Demonstrate initiative, flexibility and resourcefulness.
Working knowledge of using Microsoft Office suite and Apttus Contract Lifecycle Management and salesforce.com
