We have a full-time position for a Business Representative to join our team!
Summary/Objective
The ideal candidate for this position will be highly flexible, able to multi-task, a team player, organized, and dependable. The candidate should be enthusiastic and personable with strong verbal and written communication skills.
Essential Duties
Logistics:
- Manage and track the inbound/outbound shipment progress
- Process internal/external order in SAP system
- Utilize SAP and 3rd party IT system to optimize procedures
- Audit 3rd party logistic team’s daily work
- Responsible for inventory, including regular cycle counts
- Support strategies for order quantities, safety stock, lead time, and managed order schedules
- Communicate with internal team
- Establish and maintains a good relationship with customers and carriers
- Prepare accurate reports for upper management
Business Admin:
- Work with Engineering Team for customer requirements
- Maintain customer online accounts
- Responsible to communicate with major customers and ALL vendors
- Receive orders from HQ and contact local supplier for RFQ
- Place and Track POs, and arrange logistic to pick up when the order is ready
- Receive invoice from vendor and confirm the invoice and arrange payment
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, 1-year related working experience a plus
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Excellent computer skills are essential; proficient is Microsoft excel/word/outlook
- Excellent attention to detail
- Punctual and reliable
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions
- College coursework in business, accounting, etc.
- SAP experience a plus
