Robot Technical Support
Technical Support Specialist will work under the direction of the Technical Support Service in the US. Tasks and responsibilities performed by the Technical Support Specialist include the following (This is not a complete or exhausted list, but is an illustration of the scope of the position.):
• Provide technical phone support for customers
• Identify and help order parts as deemed necessary through troubleshooting
• Enter and maintain service call information, including dates and times of service calls (which populate the dispatch boar and technical support records).
• Communicate pertinent information with Field Service Managers to insure proper utilization of FSE’s
• Recognize and escalate calls to managers as appropriate
• Help maintain a technical library
