Controls Hardware Engineer

Duties and Responsibilities:
Oversee electrical schematic packages by laying out I/O, designing the magnetics circuits, fusing, control panel layouts, bills of material, and cable layouts
Experience working with Architectural and Engineering firms to create scope of work.
Responsible for planning, monitoring, executing, corresponding with contractors and keeping up with the infrastructure and equipment of the buildings.
Learns customer specifications (corporate and plant) and local and national electric codes.
Perform analyses of operational processes, resource allocation, energy use and safety processes.
Troubleshooting any issues with the plant utility systems.
Commercial responsibilities
Key Performance Indicators & Measures
• Meeting project schedules
• Cost variance
• Accuracy of project designs
