Job Description
• Administer sales incentive plan (SIP) payouts for sales team
• Quickly learn/understand current sales incentive process, from ERP outputs to calculation of payments
• Rapidly come up to speed with associated systems of the SIP process
• Lead efforts to receive/obtain sales incentive inputs from regional analysts and make necessary updates in various SIP systems
• Validate outputs (orders/revenue totals) on a regular basis
• Develop detailed documentation/SOP of SIP processes

Work Experience
• Ability to quickly grasp complex processes and workstreams
• 4+ years of finance experience
• Analytical background – strong MS Excel knowledge (able to create formulas, VLookups & Pivots)
• Able to conceptualize steps required with large data to achieve a certain outcome/result
• Any prior experience/knowledge of sales compensation is helpful
