The ideal candidates will be responsible for programming a variety of robots and applications, communication set up, troubleshooting, cycle time optimization, and auto debug with controls personnel. The Lead Robot Programmers will also be responsible for leading an industrial robotic project and group of programmers from start of integration through launch.
Ability to travel for service and installation, both nationally and internationally up to 50% of the time
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of Robot Programming experience and/or various manufacturing courses in robotics and controls. Strong knowledge of the Automotive Industry (closures/BIW- OEM experience preferred). Simulation experience is preferred. Excellent communication skills and ability to direct and review programmers’ work, along with interfacing with numerous departments.
