  • LENGTH OF SHIFT IS 8-10 HOURS DAILY, MON-FRI
  • YOU WILL BE PROVIDED ALL THE NECESSARY PPE
  • PHONE OR SKYPE INTERVIEWS WILL TAKE PLACE NEXT WEEK (4/20 - 4/24) WITH THE SAFETY MANAGER.  
  • START TIME FOR DAY SHIFT WILL BE 5-5:30AM
  • PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A TEMPORARY POSITION (5-6 MONTHS)
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  •          Greet employees, contractors, and visitors as they arrive.
  •          Administer, interpret and, record temperature of all individuals entering our facilities using digital temporal devices according to manufacturer’s instructions and established protocol.
  •          Administer a questionnaire for all individuals entering our facility surrounding their recent health aspects, recent health aspects of those they have been in close contact with, and their recent travel.
  •          Determine based on the screening protocol if individuals are able to gain admittance to the facility, and if not, provide them clear direction on next steps they should take.
  •          Document additional relevant information as needed and escalate any concerns to the Environmental Health & Safety Manager as well as the overall Management team as required per protocol.
  •          Ensure employees, contractors, and visitors understand PPE expectations in order to enter the facilities.
QUALIFICATIONS:
The successful candidate must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.
EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE:
  •          High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent.
  •          Medical Screening, Medical Assistant, or EMT experience preferred.
  •          BLS-CPR certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross or Equivalent) is preferred.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES:
  •          General understanding of computers and ability to input data in an accurate and efficient manner.
  •          Familiarity with HIPAA obligations, confidentiality and personal health information (PHI) data management.
  •          Ability to communicate effectively with employees, contractors and visitors including explaining the results and decisions surrounding these procedures.
