As a Senior-Level Electrical Panel Assembler

Responsibilities for Senior-Level
  • Use of Crane & Rigging
  • Use of Hilo
  • Review Electrical prints (to identify all issues and report to engineering)
  • Add any missing information like gauge and color to the electrical prints
  • Prepare work instructions for leading builds
  • Review Work instructions (looking for any missing requirements)
  • Will be responsible for providing lineup to build team
  • Compare kitted parts to Electrical BOM for any discrepancy and report
  • Check CRF’s to verify component changes
  • Build Prep
    • print wire labels
    • cut Din rail
    • cut Wire duct
    • cut Tag track
    • procure mounting hardware
  • Assembly of electrical plates and enclosures from creating layout
  • Assemble electrical components, controllers etc. per documentation
  • Wire required components utilizing color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to print
  • Field work at customer site both install and service
  • Fully test and resolve design issues with engineering
  • Foster a positive team environment by assisting co-workers
  • Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
  • Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Precise attention to detail
  • Understanding and ability to use power tools
  • Solid understanding of all Electrical drawings including European drawings
  • Solid understanding of UL build standards
  • Solid understanding of Mechanical drawings
  • Proficiency with measurement equipment
    • Tape measure
    • T-Square
    • Torque wrench
    • Scale
    • Multimeter
  • Clear communication with coworkers/manager
  • Work independently
  • Lead a team
  • Train others
  • Technical troubleshooting

  • High School Diploma
  • Technical or vocational is a plus
  • Minimum of 5 years in related field
