Responsibilities for Senior-Level
- Use of Crane & Rigging
- Use of Hilo
- Review Electrical prints (to identify all issues and report to engineering)
- Add any missing information like gauge and color to the electrical prints
- Prepare work instructions for leading builds
- Review Work instructions (looking for any missing requirements)
- Will be responsible for providing lineup to build team
- Compare kitted parts to Electrical BOM for any discrepancy and report
- Check CRF’s to verify component changes
- Build Prep
- print wire labels
- cut Din rail
- cut Wire duct
- cut Tag track
- procure mounting hardware
- Assembly of electrical plates and enclosures from creating layout
- Assemble electrical components, controllers etc. per documentation
- Wire required components utilizing color/gauge, ferrules, cables, tags, and required identification according to print
- Field work at customer site both install and service
- Fully test and resolve design issues with engineering
- Foster a positive team environment by assisting co-workers
- Follow quality standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations
- Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization
- Other duties as assigned
Skills
- Precise attention to detail
- Understanding and ability to use power tools
- Solid understanding of all Electrical drawings including European drawings
- Solid understanding of UL build standards
- Solid understanding of Mechanical drawings
- Proficiency with measurement equipment

Education
- High School Diploma
- Technical or vocational is a plus
Experience
- Minimum of 5 years in related field
