Summary/Objective
Responsible for the quality and hourly production goals of their assigned tasks, while working safely. Directly responsible for ensuring that production is accurately completed and that all production and machine reject concerns are communicated to the maintenance tech and supervisor in a timely manner. Operators must be able to work closely with each other, maintenance techs and shift supervisor to ensure departments success.

- Inform superior of potential problems
- Maintain a clean workstation
- Maintain or exceed production standards as set by the Company
- Other responsibilities may be assigned
Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to follow directions
- High level of attention to detail
- Ability to work closely with others in a team environment
