Assist Machine Builder Leader with interpreting customer specifications.
Assist Machine Builder Leader with projecting manpower required to complete project per project timeline.
Assist Machine Builder Leader with troubleshooting, and functionality of tooling.
Assist Machine Builder Leader with disassembling and shipping of equipment.
Assist Machine Builder Leader with necessary requirements to install equipment in customer facilities. Assures a clean work area.
Must be proficient in using standard shop tooling equipment (Drill press, Band saws, Grinders, Sanders, Lathes, Bridgeports, etc.)
Must be proficient with using standard tools of trade (Calipers, Micrometers, Transit Level, Drills motors, Hammer drills, Micrometers, Feeler gauges, etc.)
Follows company policies, procedures, and rules. Understands and follows safety & environmental regulations and identifies safety/environmental concerns.
Basic experience in reading system level drawing.
Basic experience in interpreting system blueprints with minimal supervision.
Updates E-BOM summary weekly and gives to Mechanical Supervisor.
Skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.
Experience
