JOB DESCRIPTION We currently have a position available for a fabrication assistant. The position provides competitive, weekly pay with benefits such as paid holidays and health insurance.

Flexible start time: First shift. You have the option to start from 5am-7am. / 8 hr. shifts with occasional OT.
Must have hand tool knowledge
Must be able to work independently and stay on task.
Must be able to lift up to 50lbs. will have Crane assistance
Must be willing to learn to operate a crane (training will be offered)
Job Duties • Tumble and debur details. • Assist in the Fabrication department. • Assist in the Machining department. • Assist in the Painting department. • Finish and prep details/fabrications. • Safely operate power tools. • Inspect details visually. • Pin stamp outgoing parts. • Buff items per print callouts. • Report worn or damaged tools to finishing lead. • Report unsafe work acts. • Perform preventative maintenance on tumble and deburr tools. • Assist in cleanup of work areas and grounds. • Sweep floors, empty trash barrels, wipe down facilities, and assist where needed. • Maintain a clean and safe work environment. • Assist in organizing materials and shop supplies. Physical Requirements • Repeating motions that may include the wrists, hands and/or fingers. • Sitting or standing for prolonged periods
