Account Management Coordinator

Position Summary

• Work as a liaison between the customer, sales, product management, logistics for supply and demand, Post Sales Services, and other corporate personnel

• Support the assigned customer(s) in sales activities and through managing various customer orders/projects pre-sales to post shipping needs, and participate in departmental training programs

• Responsible for all customer inter-face, detailed technical proposal preparation, development program management, product pricing, contract execution and overall production support as needs arise

• Evaluate Sales Team input and customer demand in order to ensure accurate forecast needs for production requirements

• Understands and effectively manages proposal bid preparation and processing for each account

• Act as the liaison between the customer and supply chain teams demonstrating knowledge of Incoterms and ability to expedite orders appropriately: Additional responsibilities include inter-face as Inside Sales Specialist, Business Planning, and Product Manager Liaison



Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent 4+ years of related customer facing/order management experience, OR Associate's with 2+ years of related experience, OR Bachelor's degree with some related experience.

• Strong oral and written communication skills with strong interpersonal and leadership skills

• Experience with ERP systems is required, with a strong preference toward SAP (PE3/ECC)

• Ability to multitask with strong sense of priority with strong problem-solving skills

• Ability to work independently and as a strong team player

• Sound business acumen; familiarly with with Lean Six Sigma processes



Work Schedule

8:00am-5:00pm (M-F); these positions will be fully on-site
