To be able to weld weldment with various types of applications according to company and /or customers specifications. * Weld details according to company and/or customer specifications determined by supervisor. * Service shop floor welding requests in a timely manner. * Keep an updated materials and supply inventory. * Perform maintenance on equipment or machinery as required. Inform supervisor if equipment or machinery fails or requires repairs beyond capabilities. * Regular and predictable attendance is an essential function of this job. * Adheres to the Quality System and participates in continuous improvement.

Quantity: 1 Shift: Night Shift Start Time: 3:00pm. Currently working 40 hours but will be up to 55 hours in a few weeks. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Manages four subordinate Team Leaders who supervise a total of 14 to 20 employees in the Manufacturing department. Is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of this unit. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the organization's policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems.
